As an Electrophysiology Technologist, you will play a critical role in performing a variety of technical procedures and managing imaging aspects in the Cardiac Cath Lab. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Scrubbing and panning cardiovascular arterial and venous studies with cardiologists, radiologists, and vascular surgeons
  • Managing inventory and supply chain under facility PAR level
  • Monitoring per case expenses and offering cost-saving ideas
  • Maintaining compliance with rules and regulations set by governing accreditation agencies
  • Troubleshooting and maintaining fluoroscopy and ultrasound equipment
  • Ensuring radiation safety and maintaining Joint Commission accreditation
  • Providing excellent service by demonstrating core and leader behaviors consistently
Requirements for this role include:
  • Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Technologist or Radiologic Technologist Program
  • Certification as ARRT, RCIS, or RCES
  • State licensure appropriate to certification and job function
  • Current ACLS and BLS certifications
  • Need 1 year experience in setting
