Job Title:

Patient Access Representative

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

  • Scheduling patients
  • Insurance verification
  • Point of service collections
  • Electronic medical record data entry
  • Answering phone calls

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous medical office experience required.
  • Prior experience in the patient access function, medical billing, or insurance verification required.
  • EMR experience preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
