Job description

RCIS - Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist
MLR is seeking a full-time, permanent, direct-hire, RCIS certified Cath Lab Technologist for a leading hospital organization in the North Texas region!
Pay Range: $34.77 $52.15 per hour
Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Key Responsibilities:
  • Shift Schedules: Mon-Fri 7:00am-3:30pm or Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm
  • Full-time, permanent, direct hire position!
  • Serve as a monitor tech during procedures by interpreting basic and advanced dysrhythmia and EKGs and operating physiological recorders.
  • Post-procedure safety: Remove arterial/venous sheath, maintain hemostasis, and monitor patient status.
  • Prepare the lab for procedures by setting up and ensuring sterile technique.
Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Qualifications:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree with a science emphasis, or commensurate healthcare experience required.
  • ACLS
  • RCIS certification (or ARRT and TX RT(R) in lieu of RCIS) required within 18 months of hire.
  • 1+ year of experience in a Cath lab or related cardiovascular field preferred.
