Job Description Emergency Room Registered Nurse Are you a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. A 75-bed hospital in Northeastern Nevada is seeking dynamic full-time RNs to join its Emergency Department team on various shifts (days, mid, and nights), predominantly 12-hour shifts. About the Role As an Emergency Room Registered Nurse, you'll be an integral part of a collaborative team of 2-4 RNs working alongside physicians in our busy 15-bed ED.

You'll care for a diverse patient population, ranging from geriatric to neonatal, in a department that averages 65 patients per day and approximately 25,000 patients annually. This role offers a manageable 1:5 patient ratio, allowing you to provide focused and high-quality care. Your critical thinking skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic setting will be essential to your success.

Minimum Qualifications Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing is required. Experience: Previous critical care experience is a plus. Licensure: A current Nevada RN license is required.

Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) within 14 days of hire. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 30 days of hire. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 90 days of hire or transfer.
