Located on the campus of Thomas Hospital


Our growing cardiology practice is seeking a friendly and professional Phone Operator to join our team in Fairhope, Alabama. In this important role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for patients by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring prompt, accurate communication.


The ideal candidate is dependable, team-oriented, and able to manage a high volume of patient calls in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Previous customer service or medical office experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates who are eager to learn and grow.


This is a full-time, day shift position with no weekends and paid holidays off.
