Job description

We’re hiring hardworking, reliable Machine Operators to join our team. If you’ve got mechanical skills, attention to detail, and take pride in doing quality work, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and monitor production machines to ensure efficient and consistent output
  • Adjust machine settings and perform basic troubleshooting to maintain performance
  • Load raw materials and prepare parts for production processes
  • Inspect finished products using measuring tools to verify specifications and tolerances
  • Follow work instructions, batch records, and supervisor direction to meet quality standards
  • Perform routine cleaning, minor maintenance, and preventative maintenance tasks
  • Identify and report equipment issues or product defects to supervisors or maintenance
  • Complete required production and quality documentation accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company standards
  • Work collaboratively with team members, QA, and maintenance to meet production goals

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate industrial equipment
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
