Job description

What Clinical Services contributes to Cardinal Health
Clinical Care Delivery provides high quality, patient-centered care focused on diagnosing, treating and managing care while ensuring the safety, efficiency and effectiveness of the practice.
Clinical Services are responsible for medical services that directly or indirectly provide healthcare to patients.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule, cancel, and reschedule all treatment patients

  • Ensure that patient records are updated and managed efficiently

  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to set up appointments

  • Manage and prioritize appointment requests based on urgency and availability

  • Communicate with patients regarding their appointment details, changes, and cancellations

  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding patient information


Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience, preferred

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience, preferred

  • Medical Office experience highly desired

  • Patient Scheduling highly desired

  • Bilingual in Spanish highly desired
