US Anesthesia Partners of North Florida (USAP) is seeking full-time Cardiac Anesthesiologists to join their expanding cardiac and structural heart program at the nationally recognized Baptist Health System in Jacksonville, FL. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice advanced cardiac anesthesia in a collaborative, high-performing environment within one of Florida’s top health systems. Practice Info

  • Expanding cardiac and structural heart program
  • Cardiac cases are MD-only, supported by a highly skilled care team across the system
  • Work alongside a collaborative team of 50+ physicians and 90+ anesthetists
  • Cardiac volume is approximately 30–40%, with the remainder in General surgery, Neuro, Endoscopy, EP lab, Plastics, and OB
