Role Summary


The Site Experience Attendant (SEA) is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout every stage of the car wash visit. This role combines customer service, membership sales, tunnel operations, and site maintenance into one dynamic position designed to provide operational flexibility and an outstanding experience for team members and customers alike.

Site Experience Attendants rotate between multiple work areas throughout the day, supporting business needs while developing a broad skill set. This role plays a critical part in growing Caliber's Limitless Wash Club membership program and is eligible to participate in the company's membership commission program.


Responsibilities


The essential functions of this role include, but are not limited to the following:

Customer Experience & Sales

• Welcome every customer with enthusiasm and professionalism.

• Educate customers on wash packages, Limitless Wash Club memberships, and promotions.

• Recommend products and services based on customer needs.

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Resolve customer questions and concerns while delivering exceptional service.

• Consistently contribute to membership growth goals.

• Maintain a positive, energetic presence throughout each shift.

Tunnel Operations

• Safely guide vehicles into the wash tunnel.

• Perform loading procedures in accordance with safety standards.

• Monitor tunnel operations to ensure efficient vehicle flow.

• Communicate clearly with customers during the loading process.

• Immediately report equipment or safety concerns.

Lot Operations & Site Appearance

• Assist customers throughout the vacuum and parking areas.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming site.

• Empty trash receptacles and replenish amenities (multi-purpose cleaner, glass cleaner, towels).

• Perform routine housekeeping throughout the site and grounds.

• Ensure all customer-facing areas reflect Caliber's standards.

Teamwork & Rotations

• Rotate between customer engagement, sales, tunnel operations, and lot responsibilities throughout the day.

• Adapt to changing business needs and staffing priorities.

• Support fellow team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

• Demonstrate flexibility and a team-first attitude.

Safety & Operational Excellence

• Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures.

• Maintain a clean, safe working environment.

• Wear required personal protective equipment.

• Immediately report unsafe conditions or incidents.

• Protect company assets and uphold operational standards.


Skills & Qualifications


•High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude with a passion for serving customers.

• Comfortable recommending memberships and additional services.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to safety and operational procedures.

• Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.

• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Ability to learn multiple operational functions through cross-training.
