  • Supervise and monitor employees during your shift to ensure productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Meet and exceed productivity standards and benchmarks at your assigned location.
  • Complete necessary paperwork and documentation related to shift performance.
  • Train, coach, and mentor new employees to help them succeed in their roles.
  • Fill in for the Supervisor as needed and oversee shift operations.
  • Assist in various roles, such as driver/transport lead to ensure smooth operations when necessary.

Requirements
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.
