Our Chapman Chevrolet team in Tempe is currently seeking a New Car Sales Specialist to join our dealership. This is a great opportunity for motivated professionals who enjoy working with people and want to build a successful career in automotive sales. In this role, you will assist customers in person, online, and over the phone while guiding them through the vehicle purchasing process from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Greet showroom guests and learn about their vehicle needs, preferences, and budget
  • Recommend vehicles that best fit each customerโ€™s lifestyle and requirements
  • Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, and performance during test drives
  • Assist customers through the purchase and financing process while helping finalize deals
  • Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and build long term relationships

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience preferred
  • Automotive sales experience is helpful, but not required. Training provided!
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working with computers, CRM systems, and dealership software
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Valid Arizona driverโ€™s license with a clean driving record
  • Must pass background check and drug screening
