What Your Day Entails
As our Customer Service Representative, you will serve as one of the first points of contact for our service guests and will help create an outstanding customer experience from start to finish. You will greet customers as they arrive at the service department, write up initial maintenance work orders, answer incoming phone calls, schedule service appointments, and communicate with customers via phone and text to keep them informed. You'll regularly balance multiple tasks, provide friendly assistance, and help ensure our service department operates smoothly and efficiently.
