Job Summary
We're looking for an experienced Rental Car Associate to join Ed Rinke Chevrolet Buick GMC in Center Line, Michigan. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing seamless, top-level customer service in our rental car department. We need an individual who is able to efficiently manage customer rental inquiries and provide timely and accurate information. The position is full-time and compensation is $16 per hour which is paid weekly.

Responsibilities
• Process rental car reservations and paperwork including validating customer requirements.
• Ensure that rental car processes are in accordance with Federal, State and local regulations.
• Maintain a proficient understanding in the current rental car policies.
• Provide current information regarding services and fees
• Demonstrate excellent customer service to maintain a positive customer experience.
• Uphold the highest standards of internal safety, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Maintain rental fleet and monitor vehicle utilization.
