About the Role:
Join Grateful Heart Inc. as a Car Rental Agent in Yonkers, NY, where you will be the friendly face that connects customers with their ideal vehicle. This role offers a dynamic environment where you can showcase your customer service skills and passion for helping others.
Store hours: Mon-Fri 8am-6pm Sat/Sun 8am-2pm 
Closed New Year’s Day, Easter, Independence Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas
1 month paid training.3 months probation. 


Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in selecting and renting vehicles that meet their needs.
  • Manage the rental process from start to finish, including paperwork and vehicle inspection.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the rental experience.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of rentals, returns, and vehicle inventory 
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Promote additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and readiness of vehicles for rental with car cleaning staff.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent..
  • Previous experience in customer service or car rental industry is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using  basic computer applications.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.
