We're hiring Rental Agents to join our team at our busy Provo Airport, Provo/Orem, and American Fork locations. If you enjoy delivering exceptional guest experiences, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced environment, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career with an industry leader.

As a Rental Agent, you'll provide outstanding customer service while helping travelers find the right rental vehicle and recommending products and services that enhance their experience. You'll also help prepare vehicles for their next rental, making attention to detail and teamwork essential to your success.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must work weekends
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient in stressful situations
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record (no more than two incidents/accidents within the last three years). Applicants under age 21 must have a clean driving record.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or the car rental industry is preferred
  • Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check and drug screen
