Description

We are seeking energetic, customer-obsessed, and sales-driven individuals to join our team as a Rental Sales Consultants. As the face of our business, you will be the first point of contact for customers and play a critical role in delivering exceptional service while driving revenue through effective rental sales.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and create positive rental experiences from initial greeting through return.
  • Finalize rental reservations, expertly matching customers with the right vehicles while actively promoting upgrades, additional products, and services to meet both customer needs and business goals.
  • Manage daily store operations, including vehicle inventory control, lot organization, and vehicle preparation.
  • Perform callbacks and follow-ups to maximize bookings and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle vehicle cleaning/prep and ensure all rental paperwork is accurate and properly audited.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Schedule:

Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Some half-day weekend shifts required (typically rotational).

  • Proven ability to thrive in a customer-facing sales role (car rental, retail, hospitality, or automotive experience is a strong plus).
