Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers, answer questions, and guide them through the rental process from start to finish
  • Promote vehicle upgrades, protection products, and additional services that enhance the customer experience
  • Prepare rental contracts, verify customer information, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Resolve customer questions, concerns, and issues professionally and efficiently
  • Inspect vehicles before and after each rental, document existing damage, and ensure vehicles are clean and rental-ready
  • Educate customers on vehicle options, features, and pricing
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the rental counter and surrounding work area
  • Keep accurate records of transactions, inventory, and customer interactions

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must work weekends
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient in stressful situations
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record (no more than two incidents/accidents within the last three years). Applicants under age 21 must have a clean driving record.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or the car rental industry is preferred
  • Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check and drug screen
