I&I Car Rentals in McKinleyville, CA is looking for an energetic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent & Car Detailer! This dual-role position is perfect for someone who loves working with people and takes pride in delivering a clean, top-notch vehicle experience. Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist customers with rental agreements, reservations, and vehicle selection
  • Process rental contracts, payments, and returns accurately and efficiently
  • Inspect vehicles for damage before and after each rental and document findings
  • Thoroughly clean, wash, vacuum, and detail rental vehicles to fleet standards
  • Maintain vehicle lot organization and ensure cars are rental-ready at all times
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
  • Coordinate with team members to manage vehicle availability and turnaround times
Requirements:
