Enterprise has exciting opporitnities for a Car Sales Administrator. This position is responsible for performing many basic administrative functions, including processing car sale paperwork for non-website sales, pull titles to prepare for payment: assign titles to dealer, make copies of titles and odometer letters, receipt wires, and fedex paperwork to dealers. This position requires substantial data entry, high levels of efficiency and accuracy, and keen ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal person will be well organized, self-motivated, possess great follow-up and customer service skills, and be able to work well with other in a team-oriented environment.
This pay for this position starts at $20 / hour.
This position is located at 2273 Research Blvd Floor 7 Rockville, MD 20850.

Schedule:
  • Monday- Friday: 8:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities
  • Review and post car sale buyer's orders to ensure accuracy.
  • Pull titles to prepare for payment: assign title to dealer, make copy of title and odometer letter, update title data base, fedex to dealer or floor plan company after payment has cleared.
  • Submit payment for wire transfers and non-automated floorplans.
  • Receipt daily wires.
  • Apply for duplicate titles.
  • Work Group Account Schedule: documenting the schedule, researching items not cleared, and completing online reconciliation work
  • Various accounting reports
  • Various Car Sales processing tasks, general administrative functions, and special projects

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Previous administrative experience preferred
  • Strong PC skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel) required
  • Must be able to handle physical aspects of this job to include working outside in various temperatures, standing for long periods of time, bending, squatting and moving quickly with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Must have a valid US drivers license
  • Must have satisfactory background check inclusive of driving (no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years, and no DUI or DWI on driving record in the last 3 years) employment reference, education and social security.
