Description

Budget of Omaha is looking to add a Rental Sales Agent to our team at our 116th and Dodge location in Omaha. Rental Sales Agents are responsible for closing reservations, inspecting vehicles, and preparing cars for rental. 


Store hours are 8am-6pm. Weekend availability is a must.


Budget Car and Truck Rental of Omaha has a team oriented and collaborative culture that values rewarding individual contribution. Rental Agents can earn up to or over $20/HR after commission. Job Duties

Greet customers and address customer inquiries

Perform sales and educate customers on product details

Perform vehicle exchanges and extensions

Inspect incoming vehicles for new damage

Report damages to on-duty supervisors

Scan returning vehicles back into system

Provide computerized receipts to customer

Maintain current knowledge and adhere to the guidelines on all company policies and procedures, new training information, pricing and promotions etc.

Support a team environment by assisting other agents and/or other areas when needed

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent

1 year of customer service experience

Professional communication skills

Problem resolution experience

Minimum age of 18

Valid driver's license

Clean driving record
