YOUR ROLE (Leadership + Operations + Sales):
As Assistant Site Manager, you help lead the site day-to-day and set the tone for the team.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate team members.
  • Deliver a fast, friendly, high-energy guest experience.
  • Train on product knowledge.
  • Drive Unlimited Wash Membership Sales and site performance.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and fully operational site.
  • Train team members on service, safety, and sales expectations.
  • Step in and lead the site in the Manager’s absence.
  • Identify issues quickly and take action.
  • Train & assist with scheduled cleaning tasks (tunnel, vacuum area, walkways, etc.).
  • Responsible for compliance with local, state, and federal laws as well as internal audits.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
  • Leadership experience in retail, car wash, or service industry preferred.
  • Strong communication and team-building skills.
  • Comfortable holding team members accountable to performance standards.
  • Ability to stay organized and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
  • Positive attitude with a hands-on leadership style.
  • Demonstrates ability to improve staff performance through motivation, training, and setting clear expectations.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • Outdoor work in all weather conditions.
  • Fast-paced and active environment.
  • Some noise, water, and vehicle/cleaning product exposure.
  • Requires standing, walking, and light lifting (up to 50 lbs.).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Operate car wash equipment as needed.
