We're looking for a Senior Data Engineer to design and build scalable data solutions that turn complex business data into reliable, actionable insights. You'll own critical data infrastructure, pipelines, integrations, and warehouse solutions that support operations, analytics, and company-wide growth.
You'll work closely with Data Analysts, technology teams, and business leaders to build reliable systems, improve data accessibility, and solve challenging problems across a growing, multi-location organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Python, SQL, DBT, and related tools.
  • Build and manage data integrations and APIs across business systems.
  • Optimize Snowflake, MySQL, and SQL Server databases and data models.
  • Orchestrate and monitor workflows using Airflow or similar platforms.
  • Integrate data from on-site systems, cloud applications, and third-party platforms.
  • Implement data quality, security, access controls, and governance best practices.
  • Partner with Data Analysts to improve reporting, analytics, and data accessibility.
  • Use Git and CI/CD to support reliable development and deployment.
  • Leverage cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or DigitalOcean.
  • Troubleshoot complex data and system issues and continuously improve our data infrastructure.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship while helping shape our long-term data strategy.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
  • Strong proficiency designing and maintaining ETL pipelines
  • Deep understanding of database management, SQL optimization, data analytics and data warehousing
  • Experience with PHP, Node.js, JavaScript, Python, and C#
  • Experience with frameworks such as Laravel, Express.js, or WordPress
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Knowledge of API design, CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and Agile methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
