Used Car building is a standalone dealership with its own lot, service bays and sales building!

Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of the used vehicle department, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and success.
- Manage used vehicle inventory, pricing, appraisals, and vehicle acquisition through trades, direct purchases, and auctions.
- Analyze local market trends and develop stocking strategies that maximize inventory turn and profitability.
- Drive showroom and online traffic while increasing trade-ins and vehicle acquisitions.
- Partner with the Sales, Service, and Parts departments to improve reconditioning efficiency and inventory readiness.
- Train, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and department goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators and continuously identify opportunities to improve sales, gross profit, inventory performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while effectively resolving customer concerns and escalations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Used Car Manager required.
- Strong appraisal, inventory management, negotiation, and merchandising skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales, increase profitability, and lead a successful team.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
