We are looking for a General Laborer – Car Wash Tunnel Installation to join our growing installation team. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn a specialized trade while helping build and install state-of-the-art express tunnel car wash systems for commercial customers.

No prior car wash installation experience is required—we will train the right person.

We are looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, mechanically inclined, and willing to learn. Experience with welding, construction, fabrication, mechanical work, equipment installation, or other skilled trades is a plus, but we are more interested in your work ethic, attitude, and willingness to develop new skills.

In this role, you will work alongside experienced installers and technicians while learning how to assemble, install, weld, align, test, and commission large-scale car wash equipment.

What You'll Do

• Assist experienced installers with the installation of express tunnel car wash systems.
• Learn to assemble and install conveyors, arches, dryers, pumps, vacuums, chemical systems, and other car wash equipment.
• Assist with installing structural steel, brackets, supports, equipment mounts, and mechanical components.
• Assist with welding, cutting, grinding, drilling, fitting, and basic fabrication under the direction of experienced team members.
• Learn proper use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and job-site equipment.
• Help with plumbing, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic installation tasks.
• Assist with measuring, leveling, aligning, and positioning equipment.
• Learn to read and follow blueprints, drawings, schematics, and installation instructions.
• Assist with equipment testing, adjustments, troubleshooting, and startup.
• Load, unload, move, and organize tools, equipment, and materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Work as part of a team to complete projects safely, accurately, and on schedule.
• Travel to customer locations for installation projects throughout the region and, when required, nationally.

Training & Development

We'll teach you the car wash installation trade.

You will receive hands-on training from experienced installers and technicians. As you gain experience and demonstrate proficiency, you will have opportunities to take on more responsibility and develop additional skills.

Qualifications

Required

Physical & Work Requirements

This is an active, hands-on position. The successful candidate must be able to:

• Lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment weighing up to 75+ pounds.
• Stand and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Bend, kneel, climb, reach, squat, and work in confined or awkward positions.
• Work from ladders, platforms, scissor lifts, and other elevated work areas.
• Work around construction equipment, moving machinery, water, chemicals, and electrical systems while following safety procedures.
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
• Safely wear required PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, and other protective equipment.
• Travel to customer project sites as required.
