Five Star Chevrolet Is Hiring Experienced Used Car Automotive Techs!

Responsibilities: 

  • Execute Repairs Under Warranty to Manufacturer Specifications
  • Test-drive Vehicles and Test Components and Systems Using Diagnostic Tools and Special Service Equipment 
  • Communicate with Parts Department to Obtain Needed Parts 
  • Inspect Vehicle Fluid Levels and Replace or Replenish As Necessary 
  • Check Tire Pressure and Service As Needed 
  • Perform Multi-point Inspections on Pre-Owned Vehicles 
  • Recondition As per Used Car Manager's Authorization 
  • Maintain Accountability for All Dealership-Owned Tools and Manuals 
  • Drain Oil from Crankcase and Refill with Required Amount of Oil, Replace Oil and Air Filters 
  • Communicate Directly with Service Advisors Regarding Services Needed
  • Provide an Estimate of Time Needed for Additional Repairs 
  • Perform Work Specified on the Repair Order with Efficiency and Accuracy
