H2O Amphibious (H2OAmphibious.com) is a leading innovator in the marine and amphibious vehicle industry. Located in Jensen Beach, Florida, we design and manufacture high-performance water cars that seamlessly merge automotive and marine engineering. As our company continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Fiberglass Technician to join our production team at our manufacturing warehouse.

Position Overview:
The Fiberglass Technician will play a key role in the construction of our marine-grade water cars. This position involves hands-on fiberglass application, repair, and finishing work using advanced composite techniques. Candidates with experience in marine fiberglass, boatbuilding, or composite automotive work are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform fiberglass layup using marine-grade materials and resins
  • Execute hand layup, vacuum bagging, and other composite techniques
  • Trim, cut, and finish fiberglass components to meet design specifications
  • Repair and reinforce fiberglass structures used in water car and marine applications
  • Work from molds, drawings, and manufacturing guidelines
  • Maintain strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
  • Ensure compliance with workplace and marine safety practices
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and production-ready

Qualifications:

  • Previous fiberglass experience in marine, boatbuilding, automotive, or composite manufacturing
