POSITION SUMMARY

Audi Gilbert is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Car Wash Attendant to join our team. The Car Wash Attendant is responsible for cleaning and preparing customer and dealership vehicles while maintaining the high standards expected of the Audi brand. This position plays an important role in the customer experience by ensuring vehicles are returned clean, presentable, and handled with care.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Wash and clean customer, service, new, and pre-owned vehicles as assigned.

Clean vehicle exteriors using approved dealership equipment, products, and procedures.

Vacuum and perform light interior cleaning when required.

Clean windows, mirrors, wheels, tires, and other vehicle surfaces.

Dry vehicles thoroughly and inspect for water spots or areas requiring additional attention.

Ensure vehicles are clean and presentable before being returned to customers or delivered to another dealership department.

Safely move and park vehicles throughout the dealership and service areas.

Handle all customer and dealership vehicles carefully and professionally.

Report any existing or newly identified vehicle damage to a supervisor immediately.

Maintain organization and cleanliness of the car wash area, equipment, and supplies.

Properly store and maintain cleaning products, hoses, vacuums, towels, and other equipment.

Follow dealership procedures regarding vehicle keys and vehicle movement.

Follow all company safety procedures and properly use required personal protective equipment.

Work Environment:

May work indoors or outdoors and be exposed to vehicle traffic, varying temperatures, noise, and typical automotive workplace conditions.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience as an automotive technician, preferably with luxury, European, or highline vehicles.

Technician skill levels from experienced Entry Level through Master Certified will be considered.

Porsche or other luxury/manufacturer certifications are preferred but not required.

Training and certifications from other manufacturers may be transferable.

Strong mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic abilities.

Experience with electric or hybrid vehicles is preferred, or willingness to become EV certified.

Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Commitment to quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced service environment.
