Location: Greater Toronto Area

Type: Part-time or Full-time

Pay: $35$40/hour (based on experience)

We're building a modern, tech-enabled driving school designed around calm instruction, real student outcomes, and long-term instructor success. Our goal is to raise the standard of driving education while creating a respectful, stable, and well-supported workplace for instructors.

We remove the admin burden so you can focus on teaching  no marketing, no chasing payments, no scheduling chaos.

What You'll Do
  • Teach in-car driving lessons using a structured, proven curriculum
  • Coach students calmly and professionally
  • Complete brief lesson notes using our modern instructor app
  • Maintain clear, respectful communication with students and our support team
What We Offer

Requirements
  • Valid Ontario Driving Instructor Licence (MTO-certified)
  • Clean driving record & criminal background check
  • Personal vehicle suitable for instruction
  • Dual brake system installed
  • Snow tires in winter
  • Comfortable using a smartphone scheduling app
