Job description

Job Purpose

This is a job as bookkeeper for one of our clients. Our client is owner of several entities , primarily with the car export industry. 

They need in house full charge bookkeeper to manage all books and serve a liaison to local CPA. 

Key Responsibilities

· Take lead for all bookkeeping services.

· Ensure all clients expectations for accounting services are met.

· Work on QuickBooks Online.

· Work with all Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.

· Prepare month end, year-end, and other financial reports for clients.

· Making sure there is an accurate record of the financial transactions.

· Assist tax preparer with tax filing for individual clients.

· Assist owner with all ad-hoc requests.

Job-Requirements: skills, competencies, experience

  • High school diploma required.

· Fluent English, oral and written skills.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks online.
  • Outstanding communication and coaching skills.
  • Driven, resilient, trusted and forward-thinking.
