Your Role:
  • Transports ambulatory and non-ambulatory patients for helath care related needs.
  • Safely transport wheelchair-bound patients to and from scheduled destinations.
  • Assist patients with entering and exiting the vehicle while ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Properly secure wheelchairs and all required safety restraints prior to transport.
  • Provide courteous, compassionate, and professional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare staff.
  • Maintain effective communication with dispatch regarding trip status, delays, schedule changes, and patient needs.
  • Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and maneuver patients and equipment in accordance with company policy.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Valid CT Operator's License with Public Service Passenger and Student Endorsement
  • CPR certified
