Position Responsibilities:
  • Provide proactive, friendly, and personalized service to guests, primarily in the vacuum area, ensuring an exceptional experience
  • Greet every guest to build relationships, educate them on wash options, and drive sales of monthly wash packages and service upgrades
  • Serve as a brand ambassador in the vacuum area by anticipating guest needs, assisting with vacuum use, and resolving concerns in real time
  • Support fleet sales and business development efforts during slower periods or inclement weather, including outreach, lead generation, and relationship building
  • Learn and operate all aspects of POS and LPR systems to support sales, guest check-in, and car wash operations as needed
  • Monitor wash quality and overall guest satisfaction, taking ownership to address issues and elevate the experience
  • Help maintain vacuum equipment and perform routine care as needed to ensure consistent, high-quality service
  • Oversee property aesthetics with a focus on the vacuum area, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
  • Maintain cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the car wash and surrounding property
  • Exceed guest expectations by delivering a concierge-level experience that drives loyalty and repeat visits
  • Exemplify and uphold the WE OWN IT culture by taking ownership of guest relationships, sales results, and the overall success of the location

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This position is may be part or full-time. On average, part-time team members will work 16-24 hours a week, while full-time team members will work 30-40 hours per week. This position requires weekend shifts.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional retail environment. Car wash operating hours are Monday through Sunday from 7:00am - 9:00pm. This role routinely operates in all areas of the car wash facility, including both indoor and outdoor work.

While performing the duties of this job, the team member must be able to:
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment
  • Able to move about inside the office to access file cabinets and office machinery, etc

  • Able to move equipment weighing up to 30 pounds
  • Able to work and commute in all weather conditions
