Car crushing is the process of compressing scrap or end-of-life vehicles into compact, manageable shapes using specialized machinery called car crushers. This is done to make transportation and recycling of the metal components more efficient. The crushed cars are often sent to recycling facilities where they are broken down further and the materials are reused in manufacturing new products. Car crushing helps reduce waste and supports environmental sustainability by recycling valuable materials.

To work in crash testing cars, you typically need a background in engineering, automotive technology, or a related field, along with knowledge of safety standards and testing procedures. Relevant skills include data analysis, familiarity with testing equipment, and often certifications in safety or engineering disciplines; experience in automotive testing environments is also valuable.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Car Crusher, and why are they important?

These skills are crucial to ensure the safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible processing of vehicles for recycling.
