What Makes This Role Special

This isn’t your average desk job. As an Outside Sales Account Representative, you’ll be out in the field, building relationships with independent used car dealers, attending auto auctions, and growing your assigned Greater Atlanta territory. You’ll report to the FlexPlus AGM-Sales and be the face of FlexPlus in Georgia prospecting, pitching, and closing deals that make a real impact on dealers’ businesses.

Your Day-to-Day Adventures

  • Grow and expand the FlexPlus footprint across your assigned Greater Atlanta territory
  • Cold call and prospect potential dealer partners, from first contact to signed contract
  • Attend auto auctions regularly to build and maintain strong dealer relationships
  • Develop and execute a plan to generate applications that convert to approvals and funded contracts
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals — yes, we celebrate wins around here!
  • Maintain and grow existing dealer accounts with top-tier service and follow-through
  • Research and identify new business opportunities within your territory

What We're Looking For (The Must-Haves)

  • At least 1 year of proven outside sales experience, including cold calling
  • Auto Auction experience is required
  • Background in auto sales, subprime lending, consumer finance, insurance, advertising, or marketing — bonus points if you already have relationships with independent dealers and auctions
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills — you’re juggling a territory, own it!
  • Professional appearance and a strong work ethic
  • Basic Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel up to 75% within a 150-mile radius (occasional overnights required)
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening
