About the Role:

Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with vehicle selection and rental agreements.
  • Process rentals, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and address inquiries or concerns.
  • Manage inventory and assist in fleet management tasks.
  • Promote additional services and products to enhance customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and improve operations.
  • Stay updated on company policies and industry trends.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
