Job description

Description
Provision and daily documentation of each visit of physical therapy intervention in hospital, swing bed and long term care physical therapy setting as delegated and supervised by a State of Georgia licensed physical therapist (complete job description available). Half day Saturday rotation and half day holiday rotation (closed Christmas) schedule for hospital IP/swing bed/Manor therapy patients.
Qualifications
Minimum of an Associate's degree from a school that is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE); current PTA license to practice in the State of Georgia; prefer experience in hospital IP or OP, sub-acute or long term care (new graduates with prior 6-8 week internship at our facility will be considered experience).
