Line Cook Position – Captain Al’s Steak & Seafood

Captain Al’s Steak & Seafood is currently seeking motivated and dependable cooks to join our kitchen team. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, work well under pressure, and take pride in preparing high-quality food.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and properly prep your assigned station before service
  • Execute tickets accurately and efficiently in a timely manner
  • Work multiple kitchen stations as needed, including:
    • Grill
    • Fry
    • Sauté
    • Main Line
    • Boil Station
    • Dessert Station
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout service
  • Follow all food safety and kitchen procedures
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management
  • Break down, clean, and restock your station after service
  • Assist with overall kitchen cleanliness and closing duties

Qualifications:

  • Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a high-volume environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift kitchen supplies as needed
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude
