To thrive as a Capital Markets Analyst, you need strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and a background in finance, economics, or related fields, often supported by a relevant degree. Familiarity with financial databases (like Bloomberg or Reuters), Excel, and sometimes certifications such as CFA are commonly required.
