You will perform rigorous fundamental credit analysis and develop investment recommendations that drive portfolio performance across our general account and growing affiliated mandates. You will own coverage of issuers across one or more industry sectors, present credit ideas with a well-developed thesis, and partner directly with Portfolio Managers and Traders on new issue allocation, relative value, and ongoing surveillance.This role suits an analyst ready to begin primary sector coverage, or one that is ready to grow their coverage experience.This is a hybrid role based in our Farmington, CT office (eight days per month in office). **Company Overview**Symetra Investment Management (“SIM”) is a SEC-registered investment advisory firm with approximately $78 billion in assets under management as of March 31, 2025.
