About the Job You're Considering

Capgemini Invent is seeking a strategic and highly organized Campus Recruiting Lead to oversee the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of our North America campus recruiting program. This role is focused on program management, stakeholder engagement, operational excellence, and talent pipeline strategy, ensuring the successful attraction and hiring of top emerging talent across the organization.

As the Campus Recruiting Lead, you will drive the end-to-end campus recruiting calendar, manage university partnerships, oversee recruiting events and hiring campaigns, and collaborate with Talent Acquisition, business leaders, and external partners to deliver a best-in-class campus hiring experience. You will serve as the central point of coordination across multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment between workforce planning needs, recruiting activities, and hiring outcomes.

This role is ideal for a recruiting professional with strong project and program management skills who can balance strategy, operations, data analysis, and stakeholder management while driving large-scale recruitment initiatives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Your Role

As a Campus Recruiting Lead, you will:

  • Lead the planning, management, and execution of the North America campus recruiting program, including internship, co-op, and entry-level hiring initiatives.
  • Develop and execute annual campus recruiting strategies aligned to business growth objectives and workforce planning needs.
  • Serve as the primary program manager for all campus recruiting activities, ensuring timely execution of recruiting milestones and hiring deliverables.
  • Build and manage relationships with universities, career centers, faculty, student organizations, and external partners to strengthen talent pipelines.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership and business stakeholders to forecast hiring demand, establish recruiting targets, and prioritize hiring efforts.
  • Manage the campus recruiting calendar, including career fairs, information sessions, networking events, case competitions, interview days, and offer programs.
  • Oversee recruiting operations, ensuring consistent processes, compliance standards, candidate communication, and interview execution across the program.
  • Monitor pipeline health, conversion metrics, diversity goals, and hiring outcomes; provide regular reporting and recommendations to leadership.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency, candidate experience, and program effectiveness through process enhancements and data-driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with marketing and employer branding teams to increase Capgemini Invent's visibility and engagement within target universities.
  • Manage recruiting vendors, event logistics, university sponsorships, and program-related budgets where applicable.
  • Provide guidance and support to Recruiters, Campus Recruiters, Coordinators, and business stakeholders involved in the campus hiring process.
  • Lead post-season program evaluations and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize future recruiting cycles.
  • Drive diversity recruiting and early-career talent initiatives that support the firm's long-term talent strategy.
Your Skills + Experience
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 5+ years of experience in campus recruiting, university relations, talent acquisition, recruiting operations, HR program management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience leading campus recruiting programs or large-scale recruiting initiatives across multiple locations or business groups.
  • Proven program and project management experience, including planning, execution, stakeholder management, and results measurement.
  • Experience partnering with senior business leaders, hiring managers, universities, and talent acquisition teams.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams, competing priorities, and complex recruiting timelines.
  • Experience developing and analyzing recruiting metrics, pipeline reports, and hiring performance data.
  • Knowledge of campus recruiting best practices, university recruiting cycles, and early-career talent strategies.
  • Experience managing recruiting events, university partnerships, and candidate engagement initiatives.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting technologies, Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $110,000-$135,000.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
