How you will make history here...
The role provides direct support to members of the Customer Team, assisting with sales data analysis, trend analysis, general reporting, financial management and daily monitoring of business trends and performance. This opportunity plays an important role monitoring real-time business issues, interpreting data and helping to develop action plans to address key issues or to take advantage of incremental opportunities.

What you will do...
1. Assist Customer Team during the business planning process.
2. Assist Customer Team in scorecard assessments; tracking and evaluating customer plan results versus business plan and communicating issues and opportunities accordingly.
3. Monitor inventory levels at distribution centers and store level.
4. Work with Customer Team & eCommerce Lead to enhance Campbell's digital presence.
5. Monitor weekly consumption, pricing, and distribution trends and communicate to Customer Team.
6. Prepare all promotional deal sheets and input data into the Campbell's Sales Planning & Customer Investment system.
7. Work with Customer Team's Finance group to monitor business plans and clear deductions.

8. Support Customer Sales Leads and perform customer planning & post event analysis, scorecard assessment (i.e. reviewing business plan vs. business results), etc.

What you bring to the table... (Must have)
Minimum education required: Bachelor's Degree
Years of relevant experience: 4 years of related work experience. CPG retail experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated accelerated knowledge of Excel; competent in customer data systems like Retail Link and syndicated data such as IRI or Nielsen

This position works in the Rogers, AR office 3 days a week (hybrid). Occasional travel is required.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$88,000-$121,000

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
