Job description
MercyOne Clinton Medical Center (North Campus) is looking for a locum CRNA to fill their need! Schedule:
- Patient Contact Hours: 40
- Clinic Days: 5 days supporting OR
- Shifts per month: Monday - Friday
- Shift length: 8 hours
- Clinic Hours: 5 days/week supporting OR
- Procedure/OR Days: Monday - Friday
- On Call: if willing, once trained
- Provider Availability: Ideal candidate wants to work full-time but the site will consider candidates who can only offer less than full-time (but not partial weeks; must be Mon-Fri)

- Nursing Support: N/A, CRNA practices independently
- Number of exams rooms per provider: 4 ORs 1 GI Suite, 1 OB Suite. Typically, the volume is 50-55 cases a week

Job Responsibilities & Services offered in the practice: Provide anesthesia for the following service lines, General, Ortho, GI, Urology, ENT, OB. No Head/Heart. General, GI, and Ortho make up majority of cases.

Facility Reimbursement:
- Flights - $750/round trip cap (to include all taxes and fees). No upgraded airfares or seat upgrades
- Lodging - 1.5x the GSA rate cap average for the total stay (to include taxes and fees)
- Rental Car - $55/day cap (including all taxes and fees) regardless of car class. SUV/upgrades over cap will need to be preapproved (will only be approved if needed for inclement weather)
- Mileage - IRS Standard Rate
Bill Rates Needed for Submission:
- Malpractice (must be included in the rates)
- Orientation
- Hourly ($300 rate cap)
- Holiday Hourly
- Nightly Call (to include 2 gratis hours)
- Holiday Nightly Call
- 24 Hour On Call (to include 4 gratis hours)

- Call Back

- Conversion Fee ($15k rate cap)
