Responsibilities:

  • Build lasting relationships with customers to promote loyalty and referrals

  • Use a consultative selling approach to match customers with the right vehicle

  • Maintain expert knowledge of inventory, features, packages, and technologies

  • Conduct professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and continued business

  • Work closely with the Sales Manager on goals and performance updates

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of sales experience preferred (but not required)

  • Professional and well-groomed appearance

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check and MVR screening
