The role

Are you a skilled phlebotomist who enjoys working independently and providing exceptional patient care? We're seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist to join our growing team serving patients throughout the St Louis, Missouri region - visiting patient homes, skilled nursing and assisted living communities, and bringing quality laboratory services directly to the people who need them most.

What your day looks like

Travel to patient homes, nursing and assisted living facilities, and other healthcare locations across St Louis, Missouri

Collect blood specimens using expert venipuncture and capillary collection techniques

Verify patient identification and ensure accurate specimen labeling, integrity, and transport

Provide professional, compassionate service to elderly patients and healthcare partners

Complete required documentation and communicate clearly with laboratory and facility staff

What you bring

Phlebotomy certification preferred; minimum one year of phlebotomy experience preferred

Strong venipuncture skills, especially with elderly patients

Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, current auto insurance (100/300/100), and age 21+

Excellent customer service and communication skills

The self-direction to work independently and manage a flexible schedule

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, required.

Minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy work experience required.

Valid state-issued Driver License; must be at least 21 years old.

Clean driving record for last 5-years; own reliable transportation, must provide proof of required auto insurance coverage (100/300/100).

Clean criminal history, as required for positions with direct patient care; some states require additional background checks including fingerprinting.

Phlebotomy Certification from an accredited training school or equivalent, preferred.

Home Draws: Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy work experience required; additional credentialing requirements must be successfully completed prior to working on our Home Draw team!

Must possess a passion for SAFETY and CUSTOMER SERVICE.
