As a Canvassing Manager, you'll lead the charge in building and developing high-performing door-to-door canvassing teams that generate quality leads and fuel our sales engine. You'll be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing canvassers in the field, ensuring consistent lead flow, strong territory coverage, and alignment with TIMEPROOFUSA's standards of excellence. Your leadership will directly impact market expansion and overall revenue growth.
What You'll Do

  • Recruit, hire, and train canvassing representatives to build a motivated and results-driven team
  • Manage daily field operations including territory mapping, scheduling, and performance tracking
  • Conduct ride-alongs, field trainings, and team meetings to reinforce messaging, pitch quality, and professionalism
  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as doors knocked, contacts made, and leads generated
  • Develop incentive programs and contests to drive team engagement and production
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads to closing teams
  • Maintain high energy and culture standards while holding team members accountable to performance expectations
