Since our beginning, we have experienced tremendous growth. We are currently located in Huntsville, Nashville, Savannah, Atlanta, Birmingham, Mobile, Jacksonville & Melbourne with several other locations underway. We specialize in residential roofing; however, we are equally efficient in commercial roofing. That includes installation, replacement, and repair.

We are currently looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic, positive, and friendly member to join our team as a Canvassing Manager in Springfield or the surrounding areas.
Position Overview:
The Canvassing Manager will oversee and manage the canvassing team responsible for generating leads and expanding our customer base through direct, door-to-door engagement. This role requires a dynamic individual who is skilled in team leadership, strategic planning, and sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
Recruit, train, and supervise a team of canvassers.
Set clear goals and performance expectations for canvassing team members.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team, providing ongoing feedback and support.
Lead Generation:
Develop and implement effective canvassing strategies to generate high-quality leads.
Analyze data and trends to refine canvassing techniques and improve results.
Ensure canvassing efforts are aligned with company goals and target markets.
Training and Development:
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of canvassing staff.
Provide coaching and mentorship to help team members achieve their performance targets.
Reporting and Analysis:
Track and report on canvassing activities, lead generation, and conversion rates.
Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to canvassing strategies.
Customer Interaction:
Oversee customer interactions to ensure a positive experience and address any concerns or issues.
