Responsibilities
The Digital Strategy Manager will serve as the subject matter expert for digital marketing campaigns and social media across the organization, including support and guidance for Prime's hospitals across the country. This role will develop and execute Corporate social media campaigns in alignment with the marketing and business goals and objectives. Will work with hospital marketing/communications leaders to educate and assist with creating a cohesive digital marketing, recruitment and social media strategy that works in conjunction with hospital marketing and HR/recruitment efforts. This leader must have a clear understanding of the importance of analytics and ability to report on KPIs to measure success.

Qualifications
Required qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree required in related field.
2. At least five years of hospital/healthcare experience and must possess knowledge of healthcare trends
3. Knowledge and experience in marketing and social media trends and best practices
4. Strong communication and writing skills.
5. Experience writing for web, presentations, executive communications a plus
6. Critical thinking skills; must be autonomous and self-driven; must be able to work well independently and with others.
7. Graphic design knowledge and ability
8. Must possess a data driven and analytical mindset.
Preferred qualifications:
1. Proficient with Meta Business Suite & Google Campaigns
2. Experience with recruitment digital media strategy.
3. Canva Enterprise and Graphic Design Experience

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $71,760.00 to $99,590.40 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
