We are currently seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join a dynamic outpatient clinic in Monterey, CA. Located along the breathtaking Monterey Bay Coastline, this opportunity places you in one of California's most iconic destinations. From the charm of Cannery Row to world-renowned seafood, dramatic ocean cliffs, and unforgettable West Coast sunsets, Monterey offers the perfect balance of work and lifestyle. Details of the role:
  • Anticipated start date: Flexible
  • Salary range: Up to $1,692 weekly
  • Anticipated duration of contract: 13 weeks
What You'll Do:
  • Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
  • Provide therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance training, and mobility interventions
  • Utilize therapeutic modalities as appropriate
  • Monitor patient response to treatment and report progress or concerns to supervising PT
  • Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury
What You'll Need:
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Active California PTA license
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
