Job description

Mary Jane’s Friends & Co. is seeking dependable, motivated, and professional individuals to join our growing cannabis support team throughout Southeast Michigan. This is a 1099 independent contractor position providing hands-on support to licensed cannabis cultivation facilities. No previous cannabis experience is required—we provide paid, on-the-job training for candidates who demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, adaptability, and a strong work ethic. The work varies from day to day. Contractors may assist with trimming, harvesting, defoliating, packaging, transplanting, cleaning, and other cultivation-related tasks depending on the needs of each client. This is a performance-based opportunity with high expectations. Contractors who consistently demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, quality, speed, and teamwork will have opportunities to earn more and take on additional responsibilities. Starting compensation is $14/hour, with opportunities for advancement, bonuses, tips, and increased earning potential for top performers.
