These labs test for potency, contaminants (such as pesticides, heavy metals, and microbes), and cannabinoid and terpene profiles. The test results help producers, dispensaries, and consumers confirm that cannabis products are safe and accurately labeled. Cannabis testing is a critical part of legal cannabis markets to protect public health and maintain industry transparency.
