Job Overview

Marketing Specialist is responsible for leading the marketing strategy and execution for the dispensary business, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role will oversee all aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, social media, content creation, customer loyalty programs, and in-store promotions, while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. The Head of Marketing will collaborate with senior leadership and other departments to develop and execute marketing initiatives that align with the company’s goals and enhance the customer experience.

Brand Management

Oversee the development and execution of the dispensary’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints. Manage brand positioning, messaging, and creative direction.
