Job description

Does meeting and greeting new people get you excited? Do you like opening night of the latest Marvel movie? Do you feel the Force calling you? Then we have the right position for you!

Santikos is looking for Cast & Crew members to provide our guests with exceptional service at our Westlakes location.

What would I be doing in this position?

  • Greet guests with eye contact, friendly smile, and personable voice. (Who doesn’t like to smile?)
  • Welcome large groups of guests with a positive attitude. (The guests will love you.)
  • Serve guests at concession, handling food – following our safety and sanitation procedures. (Everyone loves popcorn!)
  • Stock, check, and restock all condiment, grab and go’s and concession stations. (Candy, yummy…)
  • Clean auditoriums, concession areas, arcades, and restrooms. (The guests will love you for that too.)
  • Remove trash, sweep, mop, wipe counters, tables, walls, and rails, in a fast-paced manner. (No one likes to watch movies in a dirty place.)

For Alabama applicants 21+:

· Possess full knowledge of and adhere to Santikos’ Alcohol Service Policy and procedures. (We all have to know and follow the fine print. Super important!)

· Verify guests are of legal drinking age to order alcoholic beverages. (We would get in big trouble if we don’t. Not kidding! Super important as well.)

· Accurately take and prepare guest orders.

· Maintain adequate stock levels in the bar area. (The good times need to last…)

What education or experience do I need to have to qualify?

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • Prior work experience is helpful but not required
  • Alabama applicants 21+: current Alabama RVP license preferred
